    Samsung Galaxy s3 Port location: To the left of the battery you will see the two ports. Positive(red wire) is on the top and Negative/Ground(black wire) is on the bottom.

    Samsung Galaxy s4 Port location: Just below the camera to the left you will see the two ports. Positive(red wire) is the left and Negative/Ground(black wire) is on the Right.

    Samsung Galaxy S5: The ports are level with the top of the battery just to the left(lowest set of ports). They are horizontal /side by side with the Negative/ground(black wire) on the Right(closest to the battery) and the Positive(red wire) on the left.

    Samsung Note 2 Port location: Looking at the back they are just right of the battery. The top is Positive(red wire) and the bottom is Negative/ground(black wire).

    Samsung Note 3 Port location: Looking at the back they are just left of the battery level with the top of the battery. There are 3 contacts located in a line above/below each other. The top is Positive(red wire), the middle is Negative/ground(black wire) and nothing is done with the bottom.

    Samsung Note 4 Port location: Looking at the back there are ports just left of the top of the battery and directly above the battery. There are 5 contacts with 4 inline(up/down) located to the left of the top of the battery. The second one from the top in the row of 4 is the Negative(black wire) contact. Above the battery are 4 inline(up/down) ports. The very top one is Positive(red wire)
