As the wok evangelist, I use my wok for everything, even making popcorn. Add one or two kernels of popcorn, two tablespoons of vegetable oil. Line the lid with aluminum foil and then set the wok on medium heat. The moment you hear the kernels pop, add the remaining one third cup of popcorn. Then set the heat on medium-low and shake it gently for about a minute, until all the popcorn has popped. The wok, with its high sides and deep bowl, turns out to be the perfect pan for popping popcorn.
