We professionally offering PS plate with below characteristics:
1 Photosensitive Coating
Consisted by imported photographic emulsion and resin, the coating layer of the plate have outstanding alkaline resistance, superior stability, high sensitive and increased adjusting flexibility as well as better resolving power.
2 Vacuum ventilating layer
With tiny ventilating grain layer on the surface, the vacuuming time during exposure can be greatly decreased, as well as preventing the proportion of tiny dots from exposuring to vague.
3. Water Receptive Layer
Excellent water reception capability speeds up the ink-water balance procedure and helps to reduce water absorption during printing process. Superior water retaining capability do effectively prevents non-image areas of the plate from scumming and avoids paper from distortion. Consequently, the printing quality improved
4. Multi Grain Layers
Multi grain layers polish up water receptive property of the non-image areas on the plate. It increases the ink /water adjusting flexibility, make sure the developing performance of the tiny dots. It also strengthens the dots’ adsoption power to the coating layer, which can consequently extend the run-length of the plate.
5. Anodic-Oxidized Layer
A durable and strong oxidized surface formed after the anodic oxidation process on the aluminium material, which can help to prolong the run-length. This layer can also resists the corrosive effect done by the correction fluid.

I woke up to the cleaner frantically trying to clean our oak worktop, and I asked her what was up. She told me she had knocked over some bleach on the oak worktop, and it had left a stain.
My heart sunk as we had only finished renovation our home two years ago and the oak worktops were my only thing I wanted in that kitchen and to see the stain which was not massive but an eye sore was going to bother me a lot.
I could have kicked off with her and yelled, but it was not her fault and accidents happen I just calmly went up into my office and sobbed over my PC.
Once I had composed myself, I started hitting Google and seeing if there were any old wives tales of how to remove black stains from oak worktops.
Everything I read was on about sanding back the worktop and restaining and I was just really up for doing that, and I even phoned up my carpenter friend who said he can pop round and take a look.
One thing that did crop up was that Bicarbonate of soda might work and after a bit of digging one person mentioned that toothpaste may also so I thought sod it… let us give it a go.
I busted out the hair dryer and made sure the surface was dry as there was a chance that could make the stain lighter and would have been a lovely easy fix for the black stain on the oak worktop.
I then got some toothpaste and used my finger and rubbed it into the stain and let it sit for about 30 seconds then got a sponge scourer and rubbed it in and then wiped it off to have a look… I was shocked by the results.
The stained oak worktop was now not black at all, in all that was left was a slightly faded stain, so I was pretty much bowled over by it and then decided to get the worktop oil out and start oiling the work top.
With the worktop sucking in the oil and the black stain vanished I decided to pour the oil on the stain and head out to the beach for a few hours and when I came back the whiteness had now faded, and only a trained eye would see that it had stained…
I think with a few more coats of oil over the coming weeks that will be perfect again.
The reason why I shot this video is that I was desperate for a solution and nobody had any possible solutions so hopefully, it will help someone out.
