I had my tein mono flex coilovers for three years with about 15k miles only but mechanics would tell me that the noise is the worn out spherical bearing within the pillow ball mount or camber plate. I also learned through personal research that said bearing had to be lubed and the entire coilover should be cleaned and lubed periodically to prevent corrosion and grit from building up.
There really isn’t a gang of material on this noise issue on the net, so I’m doing trial and error.
