Special aluminum welding rod DC. Even a rank amateur can weld with this rod and be a success on the very first try,
This is the only actual aluminum welding rod I see on EBAY.
Amateurs can use this rod.
This is not solder like you see all over EBAY.
There are oodles and gobs of rod on ebay that is solder. Some of them call their rod a welding rod or a brazing rod. They are not selling welding rod. They are selling solder.
Aluminum melts at about 1200 degrees farenheit.
Using this rod, your aluminum will melt but not fall thru.
Some people do not seem to understand what am telling them. My trailer has been performing well for several years.. It has hauled many loads. I am saying that even if you are as dumb as some of these trolls who comment, my rod will still perform well for you.
You do have to use a DC welder.
The cracker box welder you see me using is old and is made in China or Taiwan.
The aluminum welds easily and does not cave in.
If I can weld with this rod, I will guarantee that you can.
I am certainly not a good welder. You can look at my video and see that at a glance.
The special flux is what keeps the aluminum from caving in.
My weld is burned in good. These two pieces of metal are one piece now.
I am definitely an amateur welder, especially when it comes to welding aluminum. All of the aluminum you see on this trailer was picked up from the local scrap yard. There must be 4 or 5 different kinds of aluminum incorporated into this trailer, but the rod performs equally as well on all. I don’t know what kind of aluminum any of this is. It is just some kind of aluminum. Some of the aluminum was thinner than the diamond plate, but even so, the aluminum does not cave in. If you purchase a pack of rod, and you are not pleased in every way, you may send the unused portion back to me and I will cordially refund your purchase price, plus what you paid me for postage.
