    UPDATE April 19, 2015 — Yesterday (April 18th 2015) Tornadoes spotted near Wichita Kansas , AND Moore Oklahoma. 1 + 2 inch hail with damaging winds hit Red Cloud Nebraska.


    A series of large RADAR pulses (slang termed “HAARP rings”) occurred out of Red Cloud / Blue Hill / Hastings Nebraska – coming from the NEXRAD RADAR station.

    Also, a series of additional simultaneous pulses occurred out of Tulsa Oklahoma, with the two additional stations adjacent to Wichita Kansas showing slight excitement as well.

    The pulses are not “background clutter” rather these are punching up through the “quality control” censorship of the feeds — done to purposefully omit data such as we are seeing on the feed here.

    We are NOT supposed to see these pulses on RADAR, literally the NWS taking major censorship steps to alter the data coming in to most weather feed services.

    Only when the Quality Control misses the pre-set limits for a return, then we see the excessive energy pulse.

    The actual process at work is quite simple.

    The high power microwave NEXRAD RADAR transmitter emits a circumference wide pulse all at once, a result of electron precipitation across the region.

    The high power transmitter strips electrons from the air as it sends out its microwave transmission. Just like when you heat something in your kitchen microwave, the electrons are excited (and your food becomes warm)….. the NEXRAD RADAR signal “heats” the air to the point where electrons cascade (like aluminum foil in your kitchen microwave produces visible plasma arcs of electricity).

    The same plasma electrical discharge which occurs on a piece of aluminum foil in your kitchen microwave is the same kind of Plasma heating and electrical production that the NEXRAD RADAR produces in the sky (over a much wider area with 750 times more power than your kitchen microwave).

    Experiments have been done by the US Navy using the same band of RADAR (S-band) to produce Plasma in the laboratory, as well as experiments which have been done proving that microwave transmitters INDUCE ROTATION in the area above the transmitter.

    The areas above the microwave transmitters, produce heating, plasma electron cascade, vortex rotation, and additionally it is now proved that electron cascade will induce CCN formation (ccn is cloud condensation nuclei – raindrops).

    All together we have seen HUNDREDS of examples of tornado rotation, hail + damaging winds form directly over the high power transmitters. Too many to be just coincidence.
