    Wella Toner in T-18 Lightest Ash Blonde
    20 Volume Crème Developer
    Ion Brilliance in Sky Blue (may need two or three tubes depending on the length or thickness of your hair)
    White conditioner
    Black box dye (I think mine was Clairol Natural Instincts)

    Recap:
    1.) Part your hair
    2.) Strip your hair (if your hair is non-virgin hair)
    (rinse it out and repart your hair)
    3.) Bleach your hair
    (rinse it out and repart your hair)
    4.) Tone your hair while your hair is still damp
    (rinse it out and repart your hair)
    5.) Dye half blue
    6.) Dye half black
    (rinse it out and …)
    YOU’RE DONE!!!! :D
