The main material of PVDF is polyvinylidene fluoride resin; the utmost negative characteristic of the Fl atom can form a very strength high powerful Fl-C bond. Moreover, with the special symmetry molecule structure, the products are of strong weather resistance performance, anti-ultraviolet performance, super long durability and anti-corrosion performance, which can maintain very bright and glossy color even serving for 20 years in indoor environment.   • Primary :
    U = 230 Volt from the socket. Measured
    I = 1.5 Ampere . Measured
    S = U * I = 230V * 1.5A= 345 VA.
    Z = U / I = 230V / 1.5A = 153 Z ohm (impedance).
    R = 21 R ohm. measured, 1000 turns *2 in parallell. AWG24.
    X = SQRT Z^2 – R^2 = SQRT 153^2 – 21^2 = 151 X ohm (reactance).
    Cos phi = R / Z = 21 R ohm / 153 Z ohm = 0.13 phi
    P = U * I * cos phi = 230V * 1.5A * 1.3 = 44 watt
    R 1000 turns AWG24 = ca 40 ohm .
    It can be calculated that the cosinus phi is considerably low, due to a large self induction in the primary, thus aiding the resistance from the 230V socket, cooling the primary below boiling temprature ! Had the wire been a lone wire with no self inductance the Amperes would probably be about I = U / R = 230V / 21 ohm = 10.9A. The low cosinus phi is a benefit in this case because the turns of the primary can be kept low. Therefore enabling a relatively large ratio between the primary turns and secondary turns. Ratio is about 1000 turns : 50000 turns = 1 : 50 .

    Secondary
    I = 0.05A ??? measured.
    U = maybe 2-3000V (cant measure, destroys the digital meter).
    R secondary coil1 ca 23000 turns awg32 = 6.1 kohm
    R secondary coil2 ca 23000 turns awg32 = 6.1 kohm
    both secondarys in series = 12.2 kohm

    Primary = 1000 turns * 2 in parallell. each coil is 40 ohm
    Ohm primary parallell = 1 / (1/R1 + 1/R1) = 1/( 1/40 ohm + 1/40 ohm ) = 1 / (2/40 ohm )= 20 R ohm.
    I found out that placing the Kirchoff Parallell formula under a 1 fraction, one doesnt have to flip the fraction. Kirchoff parallell = 1 / (1 / R1 + 1/R2 + 1/R3 + n ). find the resistors common multiplum like usual.
    Secondary = 23000 turns * 2.
    Steel cap = 18 Steel plates in 9 layers, each plate is 28.5 * 33.3 cm. Effective area is 0.285m*0.285m * 18 = 1.46 square meter .
    Distance between the plates is ca 3 mm.
    Salt water capacitor bank= 6 jars of glass, Iron bar electrode in salt saturated water, outer plate is aluminium foil, insulated with resin.

    When the spark gap electrodes are of high reactance and not capacitated it seems the discharge is of a yellow thick plasma. Once the coil is capacitated the arc turns blue and white. But I dont know if that is true, for the steel cap produce a long yellow flame .

    3. Structure of equipment:
    1) Automatic sorting cap mechanism: It puts the messy bottle cap in order, and makes all cap upwards.
    2) Bottle cap delivering mechanism, it delivers the ready bottle cap into the liner inserting mechanism in order and correct way.
    3) Liner inserting mechanism: It inserts the liner to the cap to finish liner inserting procedure.
    4) Gluing mechanism: It finishes the gluing before liner inserting (optional).
